    Ballooning begins just after dawn when flying conditions are perfect: cool temperatures, calm winds and clear skies. There is no physical sensation of movement or wind, because you are traveling with the gentle air currents that layer the sky. In contrast to standing on a building or structure, there is no fear of height because your eyes have no linear perspective to judge distance from the ground.

    After the flight we'll return to our gourmet cafe for a champagne brunch, made to order with a full menu of items to choose from. Your pilot and crew will be at the brunch and can assist you by providing maps and suggestions for visiting many nearby wineries and local attractions.
